integrated phase noise formula

given the following SSB phase noise profile, the following calculates SSB integrated phase noise between [f0,f1]:

 Pinteg[dBc]=P0[dBc]+Alog10(f0)10log10(A101)+10log10(f(1A10)0f(1A10)1)

if f1f0=10, what is the equivalent white noise PSD [Pwhite noise]?
(A) if A=10, i.e. pure flicker; not integrated: Pwhite noise=P06.4dB.
(B) if A=20, i.e. non-flicker region of phase noise: Pwhite noise=P010dB.
(C) if A=30, i.e. flicker region:  Pwhite noise=P013dB.
